- Millennium Technology Prize achieved by Stuart Parkin. He is British American Physicist. He won this award for discoveries leading to a thousand fold increase in digital data storage on magnetic disks. Technology Academy Finland announced this award in Finland on 9th April 2014 with prize money of 1 Million Euros.
